ALi bigliardi

HIKE HABIT Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, I have loved every minute of what the PNW has to offer us through its connection with nature and the tides. The ocean and all of its powerful metaphors have helped me process grief and trauma throughout my life. At the age of 16, I lost my father to cancer and was given support from Providence Hospice of Seattle. Since then, I knew giving back through helping others who need support throughout their grief process was going to be a constant in my life. After receiving a B.A. in English literature from Seattle Pacific University, I continued to volunteer with camp Erin, participated in workshops through Pongo, writing with youth at-risk, and had the opportunity to be the key note speaker at Providence Hospice of Seattle’s pediatric luncheon. These are some of the steps that led me to Wild Grief and I am very thankful to be here!
