Wild Grief is hiring a Co-Director with grief and loss expertise to lead our nature-based grief support programming and support and mentor our volunteer guides!

Wild Grief merges guided hikes and peer support for bereaved children, teens, young adults, families, adults. As a young nonprofit we are trail-breaking our way into a future where all people in our community can draw on each other and the incredible gift of nature to find healing, understanding and resilience. Our culture is imbued with collaborative decision-making based on the belief that a group that informs and hears from all group members creates the best decisions. We are guided in all that we do by our organizational values, and aim to do our work together in a way that is best for our staff, community, and our planet. This position will co-lead the organization with our current co-director who is focused on administration, operations, outreach, and development.
